Sound Bath Sessions
What is a sound bath: It is an experience where you are immersed in deep sound vibrations from the crystal bowls we use.( you are not submerged in water) These vibrations are at specific tones and frequencies and are said to correspond to different energy centres in the body to help bring balance to the body, enable you to relax and promote a sense of calm.
Please arrive at least 5 minutes before the session is due to begin, if you are late the soumd bath may have started.
